  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
