Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • Cheese slices
  • Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional toppings)
  • 2 tbsp butter (for buns)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties.
  3. Cook patties on the grill/skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Toast slider buns with butter in a pan until golden.
  5. Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and adding desired toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles).
