  • 3 cans buttermilk biscuits, cut into fourths
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

For the Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the biscuit pieces in the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Layer the coated biscuit pieces in a greased bundt pan.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, pumpkin, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Pour the pumpkin-maple sauce over the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
