  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  • Transfer chicken to a baking dish and spread ranch dressing evenly on top.
  • In a bowl, mix Parmesan, provolone, and white cheddar cheese. Sprinkle over the chicken.
  • In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy, golden crust.
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
