  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 12 6 inch tortillas
  • Optional toppings: Sour cream, salsa, green onions

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the cheese mixture onto each tortilla, then add a spoonful of the beef mixture.
  • Fold the tortillas into pockets and brush with melted butter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
