  • 2 slices of bread (any kind)
  • 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer a slice of mozzarella, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, and grated Parmesan.
  • Top with the second slice of mozzarella, then the other slice of bread (butter side out).
