  • 1 large hoagie roll or baguette
  • 4 slices of deli ham
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 4 slices of capicola or prosciutto
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced red onions
  • ¼ cup banana peppers
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the hoagie roll or baguette in half lengthwise.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. Layer the meats: ham, salami, and capicola.
