These Honey Peach Cream Cheese Cupcakes are a heavenly blend of sweet honey, juicy peaches, and rich cream cheese frosting. A perfect dessert for summer gatherings, these moist and fluffy cupcakes will satisfy your sweet cravings with every bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup diced peaches

Cream Cheese Frosting:

 

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, honey, and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture, stirring until combined.
  • Gently fold in diced peaches.
  • Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and honey, mixing until fluffy.

 

  • Frost cooled cupcakes and enjoy!
