1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Skewers (soaked if wooden)
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
