1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, 5–7 minutes. Remove from skillet.
