Delight in this flavorful Filini Pasta recipe featuring Lubella pasta, minced pork, and beef, topped with a mix of aromatic spices and melted cheese. Easy to prepare and perfect for a hearty family dinner.

  • 1 packet Lubella pasta (400g)
  • 500g minced pork
  • 500g minced beef
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 300g cheese (adjust to taste)
  • 1 sachet spaghetti Bolognese mix (local Polish shop)
  • 1 tsp Kucharek vegetable seasoning (local Polish shop)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp Prymat kebab seasoning (local Polish shops)
  • 2 medium-sized carrots (optional)
  • 5 basil leaves

Instructions

  • Cook Lubella pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced pork and beef, cook until browned.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  • Stir in spaghetti Bolognese mix, Kucharek vegetable seasoning, paprika, onion powder, and optional cayenne pepper and black pepper.
  • Add diced carrots if using, and cook until tender.
  • Mix in cooked pasta and combine well.
  • Transfer to a baking dish, top with grated cheese, and bake at 180°C until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with basil leaves before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of cheese based on preference.
  • Optional spices can be omitted for a milder flavor.
  • Use fresh basil for the best taste.
