This Eggnog Cheesecake recipe combines creamy eggnog flavor with a buttery spiced crust, making it a perfect holiday dessert centerpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  4. Gradually add eggnog, flour, vanilla, and nutmeg, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the center is slightly set. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg, if desired.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
  • Avoid overbaking; the center should jiggle slightly when done.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
