3 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles

4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 tsp black pepper
Paprika (for garnish)
Boil potatoes in salted water for 10–15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and cool.
