  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 lb scallops

  • 1/2 lb crabmeat

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, and rice.

  • In another bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, onion, celery, lemon juice, Old Bay, and pepper.

  • Stir the soup mixture into the seafood and rice until well combined.

  • Pour into the baking dish, top with cheese and breadcrumbs if using.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

 

  • Serve hot with a side of salad or garlic bread.

Notes

  • You can substitute canned crab with imitation crab for a budget-friendly version.

 

  • Add extra vegetables like bell peppers or peas for variety.
