These easy roast beef and cheddar sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer or dinner recipe. Made with tender roast beef, gooey cheddar cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls, they’re quick to prepare and absolutely delicious. Perfect for game days, parties, or busy weeknights!

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking dish and layer with roast beef and cheddar slices.
  4. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
