  • 1 lb salmon, skinless and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, black pepper, and salt.
  • Dip salmon pieces into the seasoned flour, then into beaten eggs mixed with hot sauce, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry salmon bites until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove and drain on a paper towel. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double-coat with panko.
  • Air-fryer option: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Serve with spicy mayo or tartar sauce for added flavor.
