  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade: honey + hot sauce or chili flakes)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Stuff each chicken breast with crumbled feta, then secure with toothpicks.

  3. Dredge each breast in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko mixed with garlic powder and paprika.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
