This Creamy Cajun Salmon Pasta is a perfect blend of bold Cajun flavors, flaky salmon, and a creamy sauce tossed with pasta. A quick and delicious meal for seafood lovers!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, spinach, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer until creamy.
  • Flake the cooked salmon into chunks and add it to the sauce.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
  • Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
