  • 16 oz shredded hash brown potatoes (frozen)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 cup bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded hash browns. Mix well.
  4. Stir in 2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
