4 bone-in pork chops
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (for gravy)
1 1/2 cups milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare Pork Chops: Pat pork chops dry. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Dredging: In another bowl, whisk buttermilk and egg. Dip pork chops in the wet mixture, then coat in the seasoned flour.
Fry Pork Chops: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make Bacon Gravy: In the same skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. Add butter to the skillet, then stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Finish Gravy: Slowly whisk in milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add crispy bacon back in and season with salt & pepper.
Serve: Pour bacon gravy over the fried pork chops and enjoy!

Use a meat thermometer to ensure pork reaches 145°F internally.
