4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese mix
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
Spread ranch dressing evenly over the chicken breasts.
In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken.
Top with the shredded cheese mix.
