  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Spread this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter. Stir until the stuffing is moistened.
  5. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the chicken and sauce.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
