1/2 pound chicken tenders
32 ounces low sodium chicken stock
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely minced celery
2 teaspoons dry Ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
In a pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil.
Add the chicken tenders and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove chicken from the stock and let cool. Once cooled, shred the chicken.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced celery, Ranch dressing mix, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and mix until well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
