For Dressing:

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup chives (chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

For Pasta Salad:

  • 10 ounces pasta (Rigati)
  • 6 slices bacon (chopped and fried)
  • 2 chicken breasts (cooked and diced, about 2 cups)
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • ¼ cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add cooked pasta, bacon, chicken, celery, black olives, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl. Toss to coat everything in the dressing.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute the rotisserie chicken with any cooked chicken.
  • Add more veggies like bell peppers or cucumbers for extra crunch.
