  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 (6- to 8-ounce) package herb-seasoned stuffing mix, or homemade stuffing (3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss, or cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth.
  • Stir in the diced cooked chicken and melted butter.
  • Add the herb-seasoned stuffing mix and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top if using.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth.
