12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup unsalted butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
1 cup spinach (optional)
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet, along with mushrooms and spinach if using. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing well.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use chicken or shrimp instead of beef for variation.
