  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  • Return the cooked beef to the skillet, along with mushrooms and spinach if using. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing well.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
