  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over them.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Serve over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Use fresh or frozen shrimp; if frozen, thaw before baking.
